Tie

In an over-dramatic moment of self doubt and piety he chose the green tie, however he should have gone with the red and white stripped tie.  The green one was some sort of polyester, it had a pleasant design yet due to its insufficient fabric it was flimsy, floppy and the width of the tie just didn’t cut it.  On the other hand, had he chosen the red and white tie he would have been far better off.  You see that tie was Italian silk.  The fabric was hand woven with great delicacy, but it was quite durable.  The tie was rather wide farther up than usual, but this allowed for a large knot: a perfect fit in an oxford, no button, spread collar.  Which brings us to his other mistake; he chose a button down, extra pointy, fat collared, (it’s not even worth knowing the real name of it) shirt.  And he wondered why the interview didn’t go anywhere…
